Acceptance of Terms 

By agreeing to join our team, you verify that you have read this notice in its entirety and agree to these terms.

Confidentiality 

Confidential information, as designated by MOSAT Empire Group and its subsidiaries, encompasses all types of information shared at any time in relation to any signed Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, technical, business-related, and other proprietary information provided between MOSAT Empire Group, its subsidiaries, and the Receiving/Contractor Party. The range of confidential information covers trade secrets, know-how, discoveries, instructions, ideas, inventions, concepts, software, designs, drawings, specifications, techniques, processes, systems, models, data, source code, object code, documentation, diagrams, flow charts, business plans, and opportunities. Furthermore, it includes details regarding finances, costs, pricing, suppliers, vendors, customers, and employees shared by either Party, irrespective of format (written, digital, visual, etc.), and identified as Confidential, provided such identification is documented in writing within thirty (30) days of disclosure. This policy applies to any information disclosed by MOSAT Empire Group and its subsidiaries to the Receiving/Contractor, through any representatives, whether before, during, or after the execution of a signed Agreement, including copies of the aforementioned information and acknowledgment of discussions between the Parties.

Content Ownership 

All Receiving/Contractor parties, by consenting to these terms and conditions, confer upon the Producer exclusive rights, title, and interest in all intellectual property (including images, in both video and still formats, as well as likeness and sound of their voice captured on audio or video, poster/graphic designs, clothing designs, stories/screenplays/scripts, music/digital audio creations) generated, developed, or contributed by the Receiving/Contractor party in connection with their performance under any signed Agreement. The Producer shall possess the exclusive right to utilize, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, and adapt the intellectual property in any manner the company deems appropriate. Furthermore, all Receiving/Contractor parties relinquish any entitlement to royalties or any other compensation arising from or associated with the use of their images, voice recordings, music/digital audio creations, poster/graphic designs, clothing designs, scripts/screenplays, and recognize that this material may be utilized in a variety of contexts within an unrestricted geographic scope.

Limitation of Liability 

We’re not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We’re just a humble empire trying to make the world a better place.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our headquarters are located.
