This means that on signing an agreed upon contract with MOSAT AUTOS, a subsidiary of MOSAT EMPIRE, I will deposit the sum of 20% of the expected purchase value to MOSAT AUTOS and I agree that, within the allotted time stated in the contract, I will make complete payment of the purchase by the due date agreed upon before picking up my custom order. Should I not comply with the agreement, 5% of the expected purchase value of my custom order (retained from the deposited amount) will be non-fundable to cover fees for breach of contract and re-listing of custom order item.
